Parasite Cleanse questions, need quick reply!

Is it necessary to take a week off 'Clarkia' or can I just go straight through 8 weeks and if not, why? Also, is it really SAFE to take 3000mg or more at one time of Co-Enzyne Q10? The people at the health food store dropped their jaws when I told them about taking that much.. and if they are Vegetable capsules, is it ok to down that many capsules without having to open and pour out the powder of like 100 capsules?
