Wow--that helps me alot. I was just reading up on the Oxypowder and leaning toward that first to get my body ready for the parasite cleanse. A couple of questions..

Did you do the Oxypowder and the parasite cleanse at the same time? or start the Oxypowder a little before? What parasite cleanser did you use? (if you don't mind)
