difference in parasite cleanse and colon cleanse??

I have been scouring the internet and trying to decide if I am going to try one of these cleansing products, but I am just getting more and more unsure.

If you do a parasite cleansing program, is that also doing a colon cleanse? If you do a colon cleanse, does it get rid of parasites. The testimonials on the websites selling products sound WAY too good to be true.

I really feel like this might be something I need to do, but am skeptical and confused. I have always been told to discount the info you get from someone who is trying to sell you something, so I thought I might try here and get some ideas.
