Re: Diarrhea while on paragone?
Good advice, hopinso! I'm not too familiar with
Oxypowder , but the Brenda Watson/renewlife protocol that she's following doesn't contain
Oxypowder per se. Check out the ingredients (www.renewlife.com/products) and correct me if I'm wrong, but these are different concoctions (though we can't deny that they essentially work the same way!). However, you said what I basically beat around the bush getting to - she doesn't have to do everything at once, especially if it leads to discomfort.
Curiously, the Paragone
parasite protocol isn't listed on the website as of yet - though you may read about some of the other line of products that are interesting, including those that work for Candida and IBS, etc.
I chose these products because of the gentleness of the ingredients, and the convenience of being able to find most of them in my local Henry's (a.k.a. Wild Oats), Orchard's, or Trader Joe's (west coast U.S.). Having tried concoctions with cascara sagrada and senna, I found those did not agree with me whatsoever and did not want to get dependent on something that worked in that way (stimulating bowel contractions rather than using fiber bulk to move the bowel).
Oxypowder sounds like a good product, as well - but Triphala-type mixtures are what worked for me. ;)
