I'm new to cleansing. i'm 41. Have not eaten all that terribly in my years, but completed 10 days of
Master-Cleanse in Jan have have dastically improved my diet. No no-nos now at all. Nearly pure vegetarian. No alcohol, sugars, artificial sweetners, white anything, dairy excpet a little cheese. very little meat. once a week if that.
I'm 9 days on the barefoot heralist's dewormer. Also on his bowel balance and kideny cleanse tincture.
I feel very much the same.
I did a
Liver Flush over last weekend, which resulted in a little more energy for me. Less naps needed during the day. That's what i'm gaging my results on, how much energy do i have without feeling drug down , can i make it well through a day, and do i need naps, if so how many and for how long. currently i'm down to 1 2hr nap daily, with 9 hrs sleep at night. i was having 2 or more naps daily.
So its an improvement.
But i dont "feel" anything
parasite wise, havent had any pass that i have been able to see. How do i know its working? I'm sure i have them, at my age. If from nithing else than from meat eating, sushi, not being diligetn about washing fruits or veggies in the past.
