you need to drink extra water when doing a parasite cleanse. you temp can flux like that. its ok. dehydration can make it go up like that. anxiety is a common side effect of a die off. just accept it. (easier said than done i know)
add some red clover into whatever you are doing to kill them. it will make you feel better and get rid of that mucos.
