I am really scared

My temp has gone from 99.4 to 100.4 in period of a few hours. I know that I am contaminating myself by killing parasites when I can't go to the bathroom.
I am very weak and have freezing and numb hands and feet.
I really do not know what else to do to get them OUT of me! I have been taking smooth move every day for months now, and it used to work ok, but now it feels like they are trapped in my small intestine and I CANNOT get them out! Only mucus. I am also spitting up mucus. I have not eaten anything all day, or yesterday. Maybe I will starve them. My fear is that they are being absorbed back into my system.
My question is, Will they eventually just be absorbed and my system back to normal?
I am really afraid because if I get so sick I have to go to the ER, I know they won't treat my problem.
Can anyone PLEaSe tell me anything at all to help??????????
