Re: What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You

I don't know if maccarty's opinion is right or not, but I'm single at the moment and since dealing with this parasite stuff I'm terrified that a guy I find interesting might have a dog or cat. I've previously owned two cats myself for many years. I let them lick me, I cleaned their litter and washed after they had expelled worms. I shiver to think I let them walk on kitchen tables, sleep in my bed and what not. I know there's no way a "unaware of parasites animal owner" takes every precaution necessary. Letting a dog lick you is a signal of affection and generally much appreciated. Now, the very thought is pretty disgusting to me. It's sad I now have a complete change of view, but no way am I ever having animals again......They are beautiful beings and a bundle of joy, but I can't overlook certain facts.
