Ewww gross! and why can't I pass a good bm?

I tried doing an herbal colon and kidney cleanse a few months ago, but could not continue past the first week from massive pains in the abdomen/kidney area. Tried The Master Cleanse but couldn't function properly with work/kids. I know I need to do it, chronic fatigue, burning sensation in stomach, constant headaches...anyway, an herbalist friend suggested parasite cleanse first. This is day 6, and I did manage to have a very small bm and definitely identified a fluke and a couple of very small worm looking things, YUCK. My problem is I am drinking 64oz water daily, no caffeine, minimal and only organic Sugar in my rooibas tea. I am exercising, and have done 3 enemas. Why can't I pass anything? I have tried the Epsom Salts and Sea Salt s but I have been so incredibly nauseated that I cannot get more than a cup before I vomit. Having a hard time eating anything yeterday and today, I am so sick! Yet, I have gotten a clean bill of health and am told my symptoms are stress. ARGH! Any words of wisdom?
