the one that passed the wormball naturally it felt like that for a week and then she started drinking a lot of water and taking fiber and smooth moves and it came out. it was that stuff made by the "barefoot herbalist" on curezone. she said it worked better than anything she had before. i cant afford it so....i cant say if i liked it or not.
your local hospital should be able to do colonics or refer you to someone. i am sure there is someone in your sticks that can do one.
