Well, it really does sound like that could be die-off.
I can only say this is my experience: My skin got lousier and lousier looking for 4 days once when I did all this intense cleansing, including parasite cleanse, and a whole bunch of others. Finally, on the last day, it cleared up and stayed that way for weeks.
Can't guarantee that will happen to you, but just to say maybe there is a process that happens.
