Ringworm

I have just started the MH Dewormer. My chiropractor found lots of ring worm on my back. How embarassing! It's not a parasite but a fungus but I guess the dewormer brought it out. Has anyone else had it appear on their skin? I quick hopped online and ordered a (supposedly)powerful antifungal which should take care of it. Is it safe to take both the antifungal and dewormer at the same time? Thanks!
