Sometimes dreams are the body's way of dealing with stress, sometimes spirit is communicating with us, and sometimes the body is trying to tell us something.

If you are afraid of having parasites, the dreams are probably because your body is trying to reduce the stress you feel about it.

I have a recurring dream about needing to go to the bathroom really bad and when I wake up, I always need to go to the bathroom really bad.

Every time I increase my dose of de-wormer, I have dreams that monsters are dying and I am responsible.

A friend of mine, who is a CPA, dreamed I got killed. I was waiting for my tax refund at the time, and it never came. I called the IRS to find out what was holding up my check, and they had put it in the deceased file!

I have a friend who is a pet psychic. A while back I dreamed she told me that that Saturday was D.s birthday. I knew he was an Aries, but I didn't know his birthday. I decided to call and wish him happy birthday on Saturday, figuring I had a one in thirty chance of calling him on the right day. Saturday was, indeed, his birthday.
