Do all of you have DREAMS of PARASITES?

I just had a dream recently, where I had BM, and I was looking at it to see if I had any parasites, and I saw 2 large brownish roundworms (pencil thick/8-10" size) in there. I woke up pretty grossed out. Dream was pretty vivid.
I had other dreams in the past too. Several years ago I had a dream that there were white small worms in my uterus/etc, and couple days after the dream I got UTI which had to be treated with Antibiotics . (at that time, I wasn't even aware about parasites, nor did I read any books on that, I only started reading that about 1 year ago)..

Another dream was about 8 months ago. I saw transparent looking critters (1-2") inside of my female organs, they were covered the walls everywhere. I woke up grossed out again.
And about 3 weeks ago, I saw the same transparent/transluscent critters on my tongue and mouth (in my dream).

What does it mean? Is my body telling me something? Or am I spending too much time reading things about parasites? :-))
