Scared - found another report

Here's what I've noticed and I'm scared about it. (Sharing your stories has helped eased some of my fears. Thanks)

About 6 wks months ago, I noticed something in my left eye. At first, I thought it was a floater, but quickly realized that it is a large nematode; next week I discovered that I have one inside the right eye too. They're laying eggs too which is freaking me out. I know if I don't get these out I could go blind. I've been asking everyone and found an opthalmologist who is wholistic -- I'll be going to him shortly.

Below is a story about a woman who lost her eye sight because she took anthelmintics and the worm died, causing an infection. Surgery was performed to remove the worm. I've actually backed off some of my herbs til I figure out what to do. I know, I'll have to take some action within the month, pretty soon. Really scared.

...His task is to remove a parasitic worm that had burrowed into her right eye. It died there about four or five months earlier, and the rotting organism has caused a severe inflammation in the eyeball that has almost wiped out her sight. She has been reduced to seeing only light and some motion, but can't make out details.
