i feel like crap and i feel sick, i bet it was because of the flu vaccine

not to mention my favorite daily dose of parasites..
a bloody rare 30 oz. ribeye steak!!! hhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm....steak..

i don't know how much longer of this pineapple cleanse i can take,
it least when i was just fasting i wasn't rushing to use the
bathroom soo often.
i hope yesterday night was an exception because of that spicy soup i
had eaten 30-40 minutes afterward.
oh well, i am getting better..i am getting better.
