Re:Hmmmm, if you don't mind me asking; why are you going to use salt in GEL capsules? Will you swollow them and then drink some water? I'm not sure if this is ok as I read that something happened to the salt when in contact with the water.
I have reviewed the Lymephotos site and thought they suggested taking salt pills from the pharmacy, that's why I wondered about the capsules. It does seem that salt water would be better absorbed in the gut. I still have a lot of research to do before I undertake anything, but I am intrigued by this method. I have had problems with blood pressure in the past, although losing weight helped get it mostly under control, I still have occasional spikes so I want to be careful with the salt. However Seasalt does not seem to cause spikes like common table salt . I read a thread earlier that large doses of vitamin C had helped chronic back pain so that angle seems hopeful too.
