Hey girl! You probably think I'm following you around this board! So true about the almond milk, so delicious! We used to make it often and need to get back to it again (used honey or pure maple syrup to sweeten). It's a bit of a chore for us lazies (to strain properly), and ours only lasted about a day, even refrigerated, but sooo yummmy! Nothing like it and so good for you too.
