Re: Hi Midge and 40837!

Hi! It does get expensive-- but what to do to save $ is just buy the produce thats in season, and if you can grow your own, that would be great. Sometimes healthfood stores have sales also- so I was able to get my Brewers Yeast for $5.00 a can.

I use it for all the B vitamins and nutrients that I dont get because I wont eat meat.

When you guys do liver cleanses, best to drink alot of fluids beforehand. I know Dr. Hulda Clark says not to eat or drink anything after 2:00 during the flush-but I read on the Liver Flushing forum that some were drinking water in between to stay hydrated. Especially if it's hot outside.

I did that this time during my last liver flush- and it didnt get me sick-- and I also passed more stones than I ever have in my last 3 flushes in the Winter.

After the Liver Flush is complete-- and you can eat again, have some fresh unadulterated fruit juices, then later on some raw fruit salad. Then you can eat a light meal later for Supper. That way your little guy's digestive tract will recoup after the liver flush.

For the Epsom Salts drinks you have to take-- I read you can mix your Epsom Salts in fresh squeezed grapefruit juice instead of water so it tastes better.

Good luck!
