Thanks for such a GREAT post and all the great ideas! I went shopping the other day and bought some fruit, veggies, and almonds.....it's EXPENSIVE to eat right! My gosh! Right now I can't get all the little extras, but some day. The cost of food is terrible. Right now I have to buy my son special food because he's allergic to milk, soy, and eggs. When I get my MH Dewormer, I will be giving it to him too. And I'm gonna have him to a liver cleanse with me too when I do it.

What's the brewers yeast for?

It sounds like that you're doing great! All over. Your body is just doing a transformation. That's awesome. I'm glad you posted all this for everyone to read. That with a good diet what our bodies can do!
