I have been on a parasite cleanse for two months. I am doing it with the dosages suggested in Dr. Clarks book, and using what friends of mine successfully used. Dr. Clark Purity Products Black-Walnut Tincture, Super W Blend (Wormwood), and Clove. It lasts for 3 months to really clear out all parasites. I started seeing parasites recently at 2 months, but hadn't really been looking before then, and didn't even know I had them. This stuff is not very expensive when ordering by phone, if you followed the dosage that I did (which is not on the bottles) you will need a lot of Wormwood but where my friends gave me to order it, it is only 3 dollars a bottle.
This is working for me, and worked for my friends, and the good thing is that you can order as you go so you don't have a large cash investment up front, and you could have your family on it at the same time. I think that from what I've read the Clarkia is a quicker thing, but also if you really read around, many people take several months to really get rid of the parasites.
Doing a Bowel Cleanse at the same time would be great. I didn't do that starting off and should have, and probably would have seen parasites sooner, but so many parasites you can't even see. Being that you have seen a worm you need to start immediately on some kind of program, and really also look at your diet, because there are foods that deter parasites or kill parasites, like pumpkin seeds, for example. Stay away from a lot of Sugar because often times candidas accompanies parasites, and parasites like Sugar apparently. There is a lot of info here about diet and things to incorporate that will help. Drinking a lot of water will help your cleansing too. I was pretty disturbed when I started seeing flukes, and other parasites, but I'm also thankful because I don't know if I would have ever known that this was going on or part of my problems.

Otherwise, I would encourage you to read and check around but probably go with something that you are going to stay on for a few months to really be sure you are getting all of the parasites. It would be important for your family to do it too since we are constantly being exposed to new parasites. I am new to this forum and got a lot of help from Boldyloxx 's posts to me.

All the best to you. I'm sure you will really start to feel better once you do a parasite cleanse. It can feel funny at times, but doing the Bowel Cleanse again will really help. I wasn't doing that and I felt some effects of die off. Water, Water, Water too. After 3 weeks, I felt better than I'd felt in a long time, and now that's just getting even better.
