Here is the dosage chart. This has been amazing for me. I just have used Black-Walnut Hull Tincture, Wormwood (SuperW Blend) and Cloves. I am still having amazing results, and still can't believe what is leaving my body STILL!! This dosage is from one of Hulda Clark 's books, and will not be on any bottle of the products. My friends and I use Dr. Clark Purity Products because it is inexpensive and works well, and you can order just what you need (not a whole kit). You will ultimately need more Wormwood than anything - the Black-Walnut hull tincture lasts a long while on this dosage - The three week mark is the most intense. Be sure you don't skip any days especially in the beginning since the higher dosage of cloves is to kill any eggs and also since the Black-Walnut is increasing - after the two month mark I skipped some days here and there but so much was happening at that point it seemed ok. I take everything at one time (that's what my friends did and I did the same), and that was great and the easiest thing. I usually have just a little something in my stomach but not much at all. Drink lots of water!!!!! Hopefully this chart will stay aligned in this post!!! If not, I'll email you also..
