I think the time is differnt for everyone. Depends how many worms were dying in you-and how quickly your body can get rid of the toxins built up in there. Also- if you are still gettng your periods, that will greatly help in eliminating toxins from the worms. You may even see dead worms coming out in your first bowel movements during your period!
What I'd do if I were you would be to do colon cleanses at this time- to unplug that colon so the toxins can go out into the toilet and not linger in your body. Diahrria doesnt mean your colon isnt constipated. Often times, you can be constipated and still have diahrria.
I'd also drink lots more liquids throughout the day - makeing sure to get raw fruits and veggies for the enzymes to break down the toxins-- and to stimulate your bowels to move them out.
Also try some Cascara Sagrada herb-- that stimulates your intestines to push things out also.
Take hot steamy Epsom Salt Baths- or just a normal hot steamy bath-- to sweat out the toxins. Also a nice shower to rinse them off your skin.
If you dont have a bathtub-- scrub your skin with a loofah- in a hot steamy shower!
Get some apple cidar vinegar in you or lemon in water in the morning- to help out your liver and thyroid to help it- as it is working overtime trying to detox those toxins in you.
No alcohol -- your liver needs all the support it can get at this time!
God Bless
