I am new to all of this, Please help me.

I am extremely new to all of this, I am wanting to do a full body cleanse because I am having some really nasty problems with my digestive system.. I only use the bathroom mabie once a week if I am lucky. I was advised to do a liver cleanse and when I tried to find out how it was done I was directed to a website which said I had to parasite kill first, and then it directed me here.

My first question is please tell me that I dont have worms floating around in my insides, I have a huge phobia of worms and definately want to get the darned things OUT.

Second question is step for step how do I do this pineapple thing?

Third question is what do I do after I have done the pineapple parasite killer?

Just out of curiosity, will this cleanse my bowels out as well? Does people actually lose weight after this is done?
