Re: Sputnik! Yes swallowed everal times

My sputnik arrived today (from the Turner clinic in Irland..cost 50 euros which is like £35). havent popped it yet... thinking of doing it this weekend..

But also as i have ulcerative colitis which is in the process of healing, im thinking of waiting another week or two (the instructions say that you should use if you are not healed).

Im doing the Hulda Clark e anti parasite cleanse at the moment too.. In fact im taking so many supplements i almost find it hard to squeeze food in lol.

The sputnik is a little larger than i expected...quite nervous about popping it. Also it looks like customs opened it up (guess they got curious) So i will defaintely steralise it first.

Does anyone know what that transistor thing in the box is for? Is it for diagnostic purposes? Please tell me i dont have to swallow that too lol
