Just to clarify, because of the many emails about this, some with dead links:
The capsule is still being sold by http://www.parasiteremedies.com.

It's based in Dublin Ireland.
Current price is €65 euros. Because of difficulties of sourcing it from Russia, we will not be able to guarantee
