Re: i need some questions answered! SOME answers

Clarkia doesnt come with a book per se, but mine came with a couple of pages of info. Basically, you mix it with water. Start with 3-4 drops/3 times a day. Work your way up to 20 drops/3 times a day. You go on for two weeks, off for one, because the Wormwood IS toxic, and your body needs the break. You can use other anti- parasite stuff during that off week. Try the l-cysteine, pomegranate, elecampane, etc. I'm sure you've seen postings on all of them if you've been scanning the forum.

I have to admit, I don't get the whole moon thing, but there have been posts here about it. I just follow the 2 on, 1 off protocol for the Clarkia . Seems to make sense to me. I'm sure someone will chime in on the whole moon thing for you.

I havent done ozonated olive oil, but have been doing the l-cysteine. Especially since I did the 3000mg of coenzymeQ-10, and I read that the l-cysteine was needed to kill the eggs that get exposed once the worms are killed by the COQ.

Exercising always makes sense, but I'm not really sure how it specifically helps the problem your hydrotherapist described. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in on that one too.

As for getting Clarkia in the UK...I'm sure I've read a post on here from someone who did that - do some searching, or maybe they'll chime in. Maybe post a message with that specific question as the subject?

Good luck!
