Hi msully, You may have already solved your problem ordering Clarkia in UK, however, in case you haven't, just to let you know, I ordered Clarkia from the website UK on 31 Jan, it arrived on 8th Feb. You need to have a paypal account to order, anyone can have one, it is free to set up, it just takes the money from your credit card. I am going to try to give you the link below, not tried this before (this is my first posting), hope it helps.
