Thank you. I am very nervous about the nut thing - I had these migraines back to back for about a year, less frequently for 3 years prior and have been able to get them to stop for the past year. The LAST thing I ever want to do is to have another one of them again - terrifying. I'll keep considering it though.

Yes, we eat meat. We raise our own meat - beef, lamb, and poultry, and eggs. DH loves pork so we have some of that too, much to my chagrin. BUT each animal is wormed as close to the withdrawl date as possible before slaughter, so they should be worm free, though I realize that there are more than worms in the parasite family. We do have a fairly good worm/ parasite program with the beef.

I have read of the Paragone at a few other sites. People seem to be pleased with it. I'll see if I can get it in town before I buy on the internet - don't really like the shipping/handling charges. :~)

As for the colon cleanse, I purchased a Psyllium Husk and Senna Powder (with other ingredients) at the vitamin/herb store. I'm unsure if we need to include the Flax Seed or anything else just yet.
