Do a Colon Cleanse first. Reason being that parasites like to hide in dirty colons and what does not kill parasites makes them stronger and even harder to kill. If you are eating meat you will need to be very aggresive about cleaning out your intestines. What kind of intestinal cleanse do you plan to do ?

You can get parasite cleansing kits for kids. I have not purchased any thing from the site posted below. I just wanted to show you the product and it was the first site I came to when I searched.

Regaurding your problem with eating nuts, the hull is different from the nut. If I were you I would try and small amount and see if you react in the same way that you do with nuts.
