I use to feel so very ill at first also. Felt like I had the flu non stop (just didn't throw up) from the parasite cleanse and the die off. The body aches and cold feelings Depression was the worst, had some really bad lows, didn't want to leave the house or see anyone, but I had to work so I took naps after work and made it through. I did a lot of sleeping before I knew I had parasites and when I first started cleansing. That was 2 years ago, I am feeling so much better now. I still have a ways to go but I will make it.
I wanted to tell you the herb elecampane gets out roundworms really well and is only a little over $5.00 a bottle. I have used it with the 3 basics, Black-Walnut , clove, Wormwood and even alone the months I didn't have much money. I add it every other month during one of the full moons.
