Do I have roundworm?

Please help if you have any info. . . I am currently doing a juice fast and doin an enema today I passed what looked like greenish/brown/beige, string-like thing substance that was the shape and size of an earthworm. I couldn't find a mouth or eyes on them (I passed two of them) but I'm wondering if they could have been dead worms. . . I did some research and do have some of the symptoms (asthma, slight abdominal pain). Does this sound like roundworm to you? Tweet
