Just one thing I'd like to ask - you mention rebuilding gum - is this possible?

If so, I'd be interested in learning more.

Prior to my health changes a few years ago, I had previously lost a small degree of gum but assumed that all I could do was stop further loss rather than to reverse the process.

Any information appreciated.
