Re: found a fda warning on arise and shine??
With all due sincere respect, I feel exactly the opposite. While I'm very sorry if you were harmed by an herbal product (and agree that choosing the best rated and tested brands is very important) there are of course can be "natural" products out there that are very questionable as well. Nevertheless, if something says FDA approved, it usually means nothing to me, except perhaps to stay away from it. The FDA is CLEARLY in bed with the pharmaceutical industry, and is on a witch hunt regarding any sort of alternative therapy, supplements, etc.. The coverup of the
Aspartame (Nutrasweet) approval is well documented, the continued use of mercury in dental fillings, the approval of drugs (which include the vast majority) that are known to cause serious liver and kidney damage -- including TYLENOL of all things -- I mean, don't get me started. The FDA is the most corrupt government agency in the USA, and why someone from the NY TImes or anyone hasn't investigated this, is beyond me. It's the Watergate of our day, and whoever could bring this forward, with credible sources, would win the Pulitzer Prize.
Just my two cents.
