Other then Dr Clark's regimen I have added a few other things. I take grape seed extract at night, it says in the morning but it knocks me out cold!! I also do glyconutrients and discovered just how helpful the essential oil lavender is! The last thing I start (recently) is cinnamon tea. The cinnamon tea calmed my stomache enough that I was able to add another l-cysteine pill, and now I don't need antacids during the day!!!! Boy am I sick of the taste of gaviscon, YUCK!!! Dr Clark and alternative my be difficult at times but it is so very much better then living off meds all the time!! I can't WAIT to be rid of all of those nasty pills I take!!
