I am using Sonne #7 benonite liquid and psyllium to clean out my colon and I think this is important. During this time I also use Epsom Salts 1 T 2 x a week and some cascara sagrada too. I just know if all that dead debris sits around in your intestines it will become toxic. When I started this I had worms crawling under my skin, especially in head area.

Now about those flutters. Just keep on doing what you are doing and dont panic, this is fruitless. Just wait until the 18 days is up. Who do you order your herbs from??? I ordered from the original warehouse.
