what do you use for parasites?

I have just ordered Hulda Clark 's book and am anxiously awaiting it so I can start all of this cleansing. My health has been really bad for three years and I really believe that parasite, bowel and Liver Cleansing will get me back to radiant health. I know I have worms, I have been expelling them every now and then, usually after an enema. I am doing a treatment program with Dr. Biamonte for yeast and parasites, but think I may be better of just following Hulda Clark 's book. I'm sure I would spend a lot less money too. Anyway, do most of you guys use her recommendations for parasite cleansing? Also, has anyone tried making and using the zapper? I was thinking this may be good for me since I also have yeast.
