Re: what do you use for parasites?
I use a product called ParaCleanse from Natures Sunshine Products 2 times a year, just to be safe. It also gets rid of yeast.
In between the detoxing program there are several things that can be done. I just looked in my Prescription for Natural Healing Book and it says Garlic capsules (Kyolic ordorless) capsules 3 times daily with meals and Pumpkin extract. Use areca nut (betel nut) for tapeworm. Drink male fern (aspidium) in a tea three times dail. Pinkroot, wormseed, and
Wormwood are good for all types of intestinal worms.
Eat
Black-Walnut extract, pumpkin and sesame seeds, fig juice or figs, and chaparral tea or tablets on empty stomach 3 times per day.
Adding a lemon wedge to water several times a day is good too.
Although I have seen very little come out of me, I think they are 'encrusted' and difficult to see. I know someone who was juice and water fasting, and doing enemas, along with detoxing for parasites, and said that she saw handfuls of many different kinds, including a few
Tapeworms come out, for several weeks. No one thing kills them all. This person that I know, had no more reason to have all of those parasites, than the average person, which makes me believe what I read about 85-95% of all people have them. The person that I was refering to, stool tests came back negative, so traditional testing is worthless when it comes to this.
I'm concentrating on making my body an unwelcome place for parasites, by eliminating sugar, white flour and most processed foods from my diet, and eating mostly raw fruit, veggies, legumes, grains and nuts, along with eliminating meat and most diary from my diet.
