Yes this is my first time releasing plaque. It smelled like a porta-potty. Like feces but with something else bad added. It was dark brownish to black.
It was my first day of the master phase.
I did have a 20oz vegetable juice fresh from my local veggie restaurant.
My digestive system had no burden yesterday for the first time.

It would be interesting to do a further study on a mucoid plaque such as mine. See how much is Bentonite and psyllium and how much bacteria is in it and even what type.
I pity that lab technician

My little Science project with the psyllium and Bentonite in the saucer was interesting. It turned into a hard substance that was flexible but broke if you bent it as much as my plaque bent when it hung over the skewer.

So it probably is "a mixture of those AND toxins and mucus." there had to be something in it to hold it together and make it so flexible that wasn’t Bentonite or psyllium.

A lab report would be great proof. Interesting that no one has done that.
