Oh another question, jamie. You mentioned your pH was 6.5 prior to the cleanse. Was this the pH of your first morning urine? I read the cleanse guide for AriseandShine and it said it's recommended that you have a pH of 7 to start the cleanse. Did they say it was okay to go in with a 6.5 pH?

It would be interesting to get what you got examined. it must've stunk, huh? maybe it was the psyllium and Bentonite from the past 3 weeks that you've been using it on for the cleanse? it could also be the herbs? it's probably a mixture of those AND toxins and mucus.
