I get a lot of detox symptoms whenever I try any natural healing remedies so I've been afraid to try anything like Oxypowder , etc. I usually start with one drop or a tiny amount and work my up to a full dose of whatever new thing I am trying. I have trouble with constipation and psyllium makes it worse. I use magnesium to control the constipation wich works quite well.
I was wondering if I could try Oxypowder using the same method of starting with a tiny amount and working my way up.
Does Oxypowder cause a lot of detox symptoms normally? I realize everyone's system is different but I wondered if one product tends to cause more detox symptoms than another.
