Re: Is one bowel cleanse really enough?

well, the thing is, from what i've read, once you're removed the MP, since your bowel has been damaged over the years from things such as parasites and certain foods, your bowel will have holes in it. also, while doing the cleanse, you're also killing off the friendly bacteria. so i heard you had to take stuff like primal defense to replant the friendly bacteria and then take like glutamine/seacure/manapool to regenerate the bowel lining that has holes in it, otherwise you could be doing serious damage to it. the thing is, people do the cleanses, but they don't REBUILD their bowels which is just as crucial, supposedly. otherwise the cleanses are counterproductive. now i know this isn't 100% right in all cases, but it does make sense. i just don't know if i should be regenerating the bowel lining if i haven't removed all the plaque. how many days or months did you take between each cleanse? i think it will definitely take multiple cleanses. btw, i'm 20 years old. how old are you and why are you doing bowel cleanses?
