I would do what you are planning to do. That is what I did several years ago, I just assume that I am clean. I am now on my own maintenance, what means when I have an overeat week-end I use the capsules for 2-3 days.
Colonix as well as Oxypowder have to say that medically mucoid plaque is not recognized. I still feel that most people are not as bad as the ads say, since they want to sell you a product. If you read the forums closely you will find very seldom that anyone sounds like the testomonials.
The livercleanse will get your liver clean. Do it till you are clean 3x in a row.
It will get out the parasites and gets the bile flowing well. The small intestines need the bile for digestion and you should stay pretty well clean. Read also under http://www.ener-chi.com under healthinfo.
