I am on day 4 of my herbalway parasite cleanser, it is 3 pills 3 times a day for 20 days. I am having regular bowel movements so far. My question is do I need to do a Bowel cleanse? I was planning to start my master cleanse at the end of the parasite cleanse so I didnt think I needed to do a bowel cleanse. BUt after reading everything on here I am not so sure.
PLEASE ADVISE me on this!
