Yes I'm glad to be doing this too. I think it's well worth any discomfort. No big worm sightings here either, but yeah, something to be thankful for! I really wonder if these symptoms are from smaller parasite die-off though. Wish there was an easy way to tell! Maybe microscopic critters, candida... I even wonder if I see tiny worms whose bodies are half-digested. No way of knowing for sure.

I'm a curious, analytical person so I want to know *exactly* what is happening! (hence my poking activities. ha.) It's hard to let go of the "need to know" & just be grateful that I'm getting cleaner & healthier.
