Parasite

My husband is FOR SURE has a parasite he picked up in Mexico.... (he passed a worm, had it medically treated, but it did not kill eggs that are now hangin' out in him!). What blew me away is that he matches the symptoms you describe. The loose bowels, the pot belly, and the NIGHT HEAT! He also has a occasional pains, losing hair, and is now getting hives in the sun... of course that's likely because this has gone on for about 10 years and is now at a serious level. Thankfully we found out about this forum, and the parasite forum also at curezone.

We are taking Dr.Natura's Colonix program starting monday, but there are many good choices, you just have to research and feel what's right for you. I would advise you to do a parasite cleanse too, as the critters can be passed in many ways, including through sexual contact. The Bowel Cleanse is a must while you are doing this.
