I first came to this site about 2 months ago; and with my particular situation I was advised to try
Oxypowder ...I did, and it has worked WONDERS for my health!!!
At first my husband was very doubtful of my new "health kick". He didn't really understand why I was SO exstatic, and constantly raving about how great I felt...I haven't felt this good since I was a child! I immediately started begging him to do a cleanse; but he resisted. Now that time has passed, he has seen how much truly healthier I am...and finally has started showing interest. I 'caught' him looking up
Bowel Cleanse products on line last night; and he admitted that he doesn't know where to begin.
My question is this; which cleanse would be best for him, since his body is SO much different than mine? (I don't think
Oxypowder would be the best for him.) He has always had a sensitive stomach and has tossed words around like "lactose intolerant" (although he is only sometimes effected), and "IBS" (not diagnosed). Basically, he is 26 years old, he has 3 or more (liquid) bowel movements a day; he is constantly suffering from diareha, and frequently suffering from stomach pain. I suspect that he may have a parasite. In the past 2 years I have watched as his 6 pack abs have disappeared (not because he has put on fat--he is actually pretty skinny, 5'11" tall and only 155 lbs.), but he has this "pot belly" now. He eats a lot, and I don't know if this is relevant; but he radiates a LOT of heat at night (it is 20 degrees at night and I have to turn off the heat and open the windows!).
I was thinking that P&B shakes would be best for him (but I know there is NO WAY that he will drink that, or anything...he is going to need something in pill form)...something to give him that extra bulk to scrape out all the old waste and toxins; he definately does NOT need anything that will make him 'go' more often! Any suggestions? (I know it shouldn't be, but cost is a factor as well.) This may sound like a dumb question, but will a
Bowel Cleanse rid him of
parasites (if he has them) or will he need something else for that? (if so, please recommend something)
I will keep this short to encourage more people to read it and post, but if more info is needed please ask me. I thank-you all so much for you time and advice; as I am still very new at this! I can't wait to hear what you all have to say!
