Just want you to know it doesn't cost 100 bucks for this treatment,

Psyllium husks are inexpensive (8 bucks a can) and the Bentonite at my local health food store, is around 17 dollars.

Just drink a LOT of water. The PB shakes can dry you out...

Might want to read the FAQ's as well, lots of good info in there as well.
