And I say (in a seriously friendly manner, yet rolling my eyes with a hint of sarcasm):
If you really think--- that psyllium and Bentonite mixed with water, that then is mixed with digestive acid, and then flows through your distestive tract in less than 24 hours...can result in a "fecal cast" that will withstand the squeezing of the bowel and elimination process, being pulled out of the toilet, rinsed with running water, hung over a curtain rod and photographed ---well, then, (pun intended), I'd have to say you ARE full of it!

It sounds to me like it's "mud pie" time. Take some P & B, mix it with the same amount of water that you mix it with to drink it, pour it in a Play Dough mold (not allowing ANY evaporation), let it sit for 18-24 hours...then try to "unmold it", squeeze it a few times like your lower bowels would squeeze it when eliminating, dunk whatever is left in the toilet for a few minutes...and see if you can indeed pull it out in one long rope. And if, by any chance at all that you still have something other than spoonfuls of runny mud, compare what you have to the images of mucoid plaque...and get back to me.

Y'know what? I did JUST that before I did my last two Bowel Cleanses because I had the same questions & concerns as you...and I got spoonfuls of mud. But even if I'm TOTALLY wrong and my experiences are TOTALLY abnormal, you'll still have to convince the tens of thousands of people and thousands of natural healers...who have done bowel cleanses, that have seen, felt, and examined the mucoid plaque that came out of them, and then experienced incredible cessation of illness and what orthodox doctors would call "miracles"...that mucoid plaque is just mud & fiber.

Let me know how everything comes out :)
