Sometimes, quantity is as important as content. I would suggest adding virgin coconut oil, at least 2 tbsp, to something you eat every day. I like to mix it into smoothies as I simply can not stand the feel of it going down alone. I also use it when I make my veggies instead of butter, and I use it in any recipe that requires oil. If you sneak it in this way it is a lot easier, less difficult to swallow, and much more likely to have an affect on your metabolism.
I'm not battling weight issues, but I am dealing with candida, and I need all the ammo I can get.
By the way, I just finished my first
Liver Flush Saturday, and like you, I dreaded the olive oil. But believe me, after the
Epsom Salt mixture, the olive oil tasted like honey!
One hint, mix the
OO (Olive-Oil) with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and shake. I'm sure that is what made it more tasty. Heck I'd say double the grapefruit juice, I plan to next time.
